vac line question

I've just changed my stock air cleaner for a racing beat one, which only has one spot for a vac line on it. My question is about the two nipples on the oil filler tube. I have a vac line connected to the top nipple, which goes to a pcv valve, and then goes to a nipple on my carb spacer. The lower nipple on the oil filler tube was connected to a vac line going straight to the air cleaner.

Now that I don't have a spot anymore to connect the second nipple to the air cleaner, should I leave it open or should I cap it?

My car is a 79gs, with the rats nest removed.

Thanks
