Update Thread

I was finally able to get pics of the car how it sits now after the Eibach springs. I know Directfreak wanted to see a better pic of the taillights so I was able to get a quick one. The ride pics are in before & after order. The taillight pic is with just lights on and not the brake lights. Thanks guys

My little secret. I'm working on a way though to make them look like they came that way from the factory. I also just got my Redline goods shift boot set in and on the car so I'll get pics of that tomorrow after work.

Not to slag on your work or anything, but I've never understood the attraction to the circle cutout-style taillights. In any case, your car looks good with the Eibachs. How do you like the progressive spring rates? I've always figured that it would be weird to drive.

My attraction to the lights has come to just a question of why? Why didn't Mazda try this type of light with the FB's as they did with the FC's and FD's? I thought it would be a cool project to do and it's been fun. I think they turned out pretty well and I like them. The springs feel great, my old ones were so worn that I bottomed out quite a bit on soem of the local roads. Now the car floats over like a dream. I love how the car seems to hug the road better too, it really allows me to have more confidence. Now I just need my Tokico Illuminas and new front and rear sway bars and I'll be good to go on the suspension
