typically how long do these last?

A question about our 12a carb'd

I'm gonna buy a 85 off a guy, and its got 211000 km, how long do these tend to last, how long can i expect to get out of it, he has treated it real good, and never really let it sit for a long time, its also automatic if it makes a difference.

also in swapping a automatic engine to a 5 speed trans, i only have to exchange my old flywheel? or do i have to do more?

Don't buy an automatic if you want a 5 speed.
