turn signal wiring

i was thinking about swapping the eintire turn signal assembly (signals, wipers, lights, etc....) out of my 79 , putting in a series two setup... anyone know how much different the wiring is? will it work?

Well, I can tell you that the 79 is different from the 85.

the dash is actually out of my 80, so that is the wiring that i am working with, but thanks... i figured that it was different from the 84-85 ones, but was hoping that they would be rather similiar to the series two (since the interior is rather similiar)

it could be similar. however, when i looked at my wiring diagrams, the wiring gets more complex as you move up to the 85. what year are you doing this in?

the dash (and thus wiring) is from an 80. the actual body car is a 79
