Turbo FB clutch problem

I have a T2 tranny installed in my FB, ACT extreme heavy duty clutch, new 12a clutch master and S5 TII slave cylinder. Recently my clutch stopped disengaging fully. I adjusted the free play out, and it was fixed. Today the problem started up again. The clutch is still draging with the pedal in all the way. I am wondering if the 12a mc is adequate. Does anyone know the difference between 12a and GSL-SE master cylinders? Has anyone had this problem in their turbo fb?

sounds like there is air in the system, or the mc is bleeding by.

That is what I thought 2. Although i bled the system twice to be sure, and I cant see any fluid coming out the bore from under the dash. I wonder if it is possible leak pressure back into the resevoir without leaking out the back of the mc, becuase I havent been loosing fluid.

Clutch, and brake masters, can leak internally. I'm not sure, but I do believe the TII masters have a bigger bore and may simply bolt up.

I have had to rebuild my 12a mc several times, but I think the reason it is going out is the serface inside the mc tearing up the ruber plungers. I have a new one on the way which should fix the prob. What color is the brake fluid in the mc resivor?

The fluid is clear and clean. When i first installed the clutch, the original mc crapped out on the first stoke. I changed it with a remanufactured one, but didn't set the free play. Which there was barely any. Can pushing the piston too far into the bore damage the seals over time??
