looks like a parallel 6an setup with a Aeromotive reg, thats what Im running.

Injectors?

Exhaust Manifold?

Intercooler?

Turbo? looks like a T4, but I dont see a wastegate flange on the mani.

Fuel is 720s and 1600s, and 6an parallel like you said. The Secondary rail is bored out to fit the 1600. You cant see the wastegate flange b/c its underneath the manifold runners. I just made the downpipe this morning, the turbo is a T72 garret 70a/r cold and 96a/r hot. exh manifold is custom, and dont know yet on the intercooler. cant decide on water or air. for the mean time ill start it without it. Ill through up some more pics tomorrow.

Oh wow, does the ford one just fit on there or did you have to mod it. The stock plastic one works like **** on my swap.

Also, could you be more specific on how you modified the secondary rail?

I plan to run 1600s for secondarys. Rx7 store sells a 1600 secondary rail for $200, If I can do it myself for cheaper, thats great.

Had to modify the ford outlet, but was worth it for the same reasons you descibed. The secondary fuel rail i gave to a friend of mine who is a machinest so didnt cost me anything. He bored the main out to 3/8 or something and put it in a jig for the bosses to be enlarged to fit the larger 1600 injectors.

I have access to a really nice craftsman drill press and titanium drill bits.

I should be able to just drill it out and then weld some 6an fittings on there.

can I use JB weld (I dont have welding equipment, and all the service shops around her dont want anything to do with custom stuff, they all say "we cant do that")

if I ever open a shop, my motto will be "yeh, we can do that"

how did you modify the ford outlet?
that is a s5 motor is it not?

Do two bolts or three bolts hold it on there? Now I see what you're trying to do though, get that upper rad hose a little more straight. Maybe that one he has on his engine will be a good option for you.

It has three, they are not in a triangle

If it was strait it. and made of alluminum vs, the stock plastic ****, it would look so much cleaner.
