i have a 1985 rx7 cp. recently installed a racing beat intake holly carb, fuel pump with regulator. the trouble im having is that it seem to have a delay when i hot on the gas. it could be that the regulator isnt set high enough. but i have no idea how to check even if it is. any thoughts would be very appreciated.

 

I think it needs just 2 psi over the stock pump? Correct me if wrong.

 

Yeah, I had to update the fuel and then regulate it to the precise psi. Just isn't working right
