Angry Tree fell on my baby

Well about 4 months ago i posted pics of what was left of my rx7. The front left finder was crushed on the top, the roof was crushed in and ruined the windshield. The motor has 120k on it original, good headers, new weber carb, pretty much all rebuilt inside the motor bay besides the motor being rebuilt. The engines compression is perfect. After warming up from sitting for a month, i turned it off for about 4 hours and it turned over within a split second. Every part is great except the body. The side driver door is kinda bent from where the finder was hit on the top and ofcourse the whole roof in the front is bent in and i removed the windsheild. The interior is also mint still. Should i scrap it? Or should i fix the body? Don't ask for pics im going to take them tommrow. I am very upset over this , so any input would really help me make a choice on what todo.

I'm not kidding when i say this... driving home today in my crossfire srt6 (wich i still prefer to smell like rx7 when i goto work than ride in a supercharged Mercedes) .. well a rx7 2nd gen turbo II drove by me for a good 10 minutes, and i literally put my head out the window and inhaled the smell of the rotary burning and the sound of the rotary boosting with the turbo made my insides jump around... so... yea.. i really really miss my rx7 and even this new crossfire i got that spanks all my friends rx7's... doesn't satisfy me.. i want my damn rx7 back to normal and on the road annoying people with my 3" straight pipe from the headers...

anyways.. yea.. should i try to fix the body? Does it cost alot if so? every moving part is pretty much mint. But its rotting in this florida weather in my backyard covered with 4 tarps.

Honestly, the cheaper way of going, would be to find a nice clean shell and transfer everything to it. In your area it shouldn't hard. It would probably cost over tripple the amount to fix your body right now. Body work isn't cheap, from the sound of it you're looking about 5K in body work and maybe more . I'm pretty sure that you can find a decent shell for about 300$ or so, swap the parts in there, and go.

i've rode in one with a dry shot of nos, im not sure what level, and it had a ecu chip, that car threw me into my seat so hard it made a rex with 32 psi boost seem like a tyco toy car. But it still isnt a rotary... :\ but it is indeed a amazing car for its price, and its very sexy. The one i rode in with the mods runs low 11's at bifflow track in florida.

M%&$@F@&^ing TREE! WHERE'S MY CHAINSAW! IT'S ON FIREWOOD BIA!

As for my car, it's one many here would say transfer XYZ to a better frame or donor car but I wouldn't dream of giving up on her for the sake of extra work or money.
