I looked at the master cylinder and there were no leaks, but it was very rusty around the cylinder. If the clutch is out the slave cylinder will still slowly creep out, but I can push it back with my hand and it will stay there for a little bit. When the clutch is pushed in (when I 'm bleeding it) It doesn't creep out and I can't push it back. also I saw that the transmission was in there at an angle, could the eccentric shaft be turning the input shaft even though the clutch is out, because it is at an angle? If it is that, it would be strange why the pedal has no pressure. Also, what does HTH mean?

I took the transmission back off and laid the old pressure plate next to the new pressure plate, and the new pressure plate was taller than the old one. So I decided to put the old pressure plate and new disk back on and it didn't help. I could feel it moving the clutch fork farther back than before and I think the pedal has more pressure than before, but it is still not releasing it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I made sure the right side of the disk was going towards the flywheel, put the pressure plate on, lined up the clutch with the tool, and tighten the bolts down to 20ft/lbs. Are the fingers of the pressure plate supposed to flatten out when you tighten the bolts down? I figured they would a little, but mine go almost completely flat. Could I not be putting the transmission in right?
