I have no idea how to mount this transmission. I don't have a cross member, which I know I need to get. I heard something about a rubber piece that also mounts it. Help is appreciated!!

 

Looks like some reading is in order. Download the different sections of the Factory Service Manual. I've linked the trans section. I know your young based on another post you made, so one word of advise. A lot of respect can be had if you try to research issues before asking for advise. This shows you're really trying to understand and educate yourself.
