Shake the car, move it forward or backwards to shake it loose.

What do you mean locked? will it not go into gear when running??

the best way to Unstick a clutch.. if thats your prob..

1.Jack up the rear
2.put on stands.
3.Start car in gear (3rd), while holding the clutch in.
4.revv upp the car, then when at speed press the brakes sharply while still on the gas
5.Should unstick.. Mine did and it had a carbon Kevlar clutch.

It's not very clear. He says that it cranks if he runs the wire right to the starter. Maybe he has bad cables/corrosion and is only getting a 'click' from the starter and why he thinks it is locked up???

first off, if u can run a hot wire to the starter and it turn the engine, there's nothing wrong with the tranny. now, it being an auto, it could be the neutral saftey switch, or maybe the ign switch.
