trailing ignitor issues

Okay last week i hooked up a msd blaster 2 coil for my trailing ignition,i Have the 2g coil for my leading. I have burnt out two ignitors in less than a week. Stock one and another i had here. I used thermal paste from a previous pc install on the back artic silver to be exact. Anyway today my tach started bounceing all goofy sparatic and ****. Shut car off to check my coil connections those are good. Did i just have a run of bad luck with a almost toast factory ignitor and replacment one was borderline or what??? i only have one left and if i cook it i am just gonna use gm ones if they work right.

Let me know what you think!

Talking

If I were you, I will run new wires from the coil to the igniter. If it works, then the problem is with the stock harness.

and Im sure these items would help too
