Try a different spring for the vac secondaries. The spring tension might not be right.

I live in KC, and I know quite a bit about holleys. Maybe I can take a look.

That always happens with unused user names or users with less than 10 posts. It's like a glitch in the forum software.

THATS RIGHT..... AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT!

incase you still don't understand. the apex seals need to be able to form to the rotor housing. if it is done too fast, the seal might get a nick or even get lodged loose. its like sanding your car down. if you just sand fast, you might take too much off and not be smooth. but if you sand consistantly smooth, it will be right. if you rev too soon, you might not ruin anything. but why take the chance.

It's so tedious to drive slow on a rebuild, especially when you can feel the power building as mileage increases.

I fthis guy says not to rev 2 high 2 soon i say listen, after hearing some of the crazy **** hes done if he says to take it easy he probably has a reason as do all of the other people sayin keep it down
