Alright debating getting an RX7 for street use in addition to my race car however looking through tirerack the only options for street tires in 13" are general all seassons. No winter tires? No grippy tires?

 

all season tires will work in winter, hence the name "all season". u can get grippy tires in 13" but they wont be cheap. u can put a 205 width or maybe even a 215 on the stock rims. i do know of some running 205's.

 

So basiclly its stuck with either a set of no-seassons or Dot-R racing tires for street use.... although I do hear RA1's at full tread work pretty good in the rain. (Run shaved 205/60/13 RA-1's on the race car)
