Timing light?

I finally got the timing specs for a 13B. THANKS Jeff20B!
Anyways, now a question about timing lights. I'm using a light with a dial on it w/out a 2 stroke switch. I remember some people saying to multiply by 2 ie. for 20 degrees set light at 10 degrees. Is this correct?

Thanks, Ed

should be zero, when I checked mine with a snapon light I didn't do anything special, just attached it to L1, checked leading, T1 and checked trailing. No 2 stroke setting or anything.

If you want to set it to the standard specs just leave it at 0*. If using the advance function you need to double it. ie. 10 degrees on the dial will give you 5* advance on a rotary.
