Timing

I goofed up timing. Help I set the timing for the leading on the Yellow mark no problem, car is running great. I put the timing light connector on T1 and noticed that it was realy off the mark. when I loosened up on the 2 screws the car died. now i can't get it started. After shifting the vacuum post to various positives I am really stumped. Do you have any suggestions?
