after taking out my old tranny and puting a new one my broke *** couldnt afford a new throw out bearing, it was pretty bad but stillworked when i put it back together and now it has cought uyp to me and i cant get into any gears. it sux hard core. so anybody got an extra one layin around?

Damn, you really have to be broke! I paid under 20 bucks for it, and that was in Norway, where gas costs 1,5$ a litre! Thats almost 5-6 $ per gallon!

 

Agreed. If you couldn't afford a throwout bering, you must have been living on the streets. They are not very expensive. Mabey $15 tops. But, hey. You gotta learn from your mistakes.

 

yea, a clutch kit comes with it, did you just reuse the shitty old clutch too? I have a used one if you really want it, but i would suggest getting a new one.

 

yeah i reused the clutch, i just changed the tranny cuz the bearings were toast

 

I got one that didn't make any noise, but shipping might be more than new.

 

so does the throw out bearing affect gear changes??? maybe thats whats wrong with mine??? It makes a whining supercharger noise throught the gearbox, i thought it was my worn out gears!?!?!?
