ok, i know that im doing too many test but im going stir crazy being laid off work,,,,,,,,,but i attempted the test on pg.261 of haynes, built the bulb test lights but when i plug the two wires into the lgy and gy connector ( which was not connected to anything, is it supposed to be?), i got light glow w/o doing anything on the lgy side, but it did go on off when goosed, but the gy wire did nothing at all, does this mean my tps is defective? or again am i doing something incorrectly.....

 

Go here and follow his procedures!! The GREEN "test" connector should not be hooked up to anything thus labeled "TEST" connector...
