Throttle return spring correct?

I just wanted to check with those that know more about these carbs than I that I've got my throttle return spring in the right place. Here are the pics:

Looking straight down at the carb from the passenger side

It had been off since I changed engines last summer and forgot to put it in the right place. No wonder the car felt off during my last Solo II event! The throttle is much more responsive now and if I can just get the secondaries to open just a little more at WOT I'll be all set.

Thanks for the input.
