Sounds kinda like what I'm doing. My 12a turbo isn't quite what I want, so I'm going to be building a 12a P-Port and later it will get at least a 100 shot of nitrous. I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep all the turbo parts and get another 7 to put it on, or just sell it as a kit and make some $ off it.

Just picked up a great motor 2 days ago. New from mazda a few years ago, 20k miles on it, and got it for $100

 

is all I have to say. His "dream car" most likely isn't even a Mazda, much less an RX7 and that's all I need to know.

look, the only reason i'm getting rid of this is i have a chance to maybe get a nice mr2 turbo. i know it's not even a mazda, but that's just what i'm leaning towards. i have enjoyed the hell out of my rx7, but it's time for me to move on. now someone can get a damn good 12a rx7 for a good deal. it has a rebuilt motor plus everything in the sig of mine. let me know if your interested. thanks,

 

You're going to regret it. I thought the same about my car, then as the days went by i just kept missing it more and more.

If anything, put it up for a few months, do not drive and avoid even looking at it. If you still feel you want to sell it after this, then by all means do.

 

yea, i'm sure i wont have any offers any time soon, and i truly almost regret the thought of even selling it, but i dunno. every time i drive it i ask myself why i want to do this, but then i think long and hard. and i'm not sure my heart is in it any more. if i do sell it, it wont be to just any ole' schmuck. they better know whats' going on. hahaha, we'll see what happens though.

zach i thought we were both doing 12a turbo swaps? well it was fun rolling around with you and ashley in our fbs, we should do some swaping parts if you want to sell her.... im sure with a quiet exhaust you would be able to sell her better and with unmoded manifold and carb, hehe and im sure no one would know about the headlights either hahaha... it would make a great xmas present.. lol...
