are these NOS OE brake drums?

Ive been gathering up some old parts to sell that I dont need anymore and I found some new SA brake drums I bought maybe 8 years ago (I forget where) and never used. The boxes they were in were very generic, no brand/name or anything, just a few numbers here and there. Ive googled the part # on cast on the drum as well as the sticker, and both come up as mazda part #'s. but im not sure if any aftermarket suppliers also use the same mazda #'s

heres a pic of the drum

if we're playing dealership, in order to qualify as a Mazda part it needs the blue Mazda sticker.

also i'm under the impression that the drums got painted black, and if so they would come painted new

Yeah, no mazda sticker or marking on boxes or drums and they were already compltely painted black/dark brown, inside and out (I think as an anti rust thing) what's the likelyhood of a separate/aftermarket manufactuer in japan, that made mazda drums with the original mazda part # cast into them?
