Talk of turbos...

I was hearing about Turbo V8s and how the domestic boys were turning to turbos...

And so the question popped into my head, what about a Turbo V8 first gen?

... Will the beast ever exist?

I'd pay for a ride.

Same with your car, man...

If only I had spare cash for that sort of thing. :/

why turbo V8 in a first gen?

13BT with the right work woukd run into the 9s with close to stock chassis, why ruin the handling too?

for the body mods you'd need to fit a turbo V8, just go for a 20B with a huge turbo, no need to go back to pistons when you have a wankel.

I dunno dude, those turbo v8s make enormous amounts of power.

I'm all for the wankel, but since the V8 conversion can be done, why not slap a turbo on, too? I mean it's bound to fit under that hood somewhere.

And a turbo 20b is somewhere around 10 grand to put in? A turbo V8 wouldn't cost nearly as much.

Well that's good.

But uh, if you don't like it, you don't gotta read it. I mean I just wanted to know what people thought about a turbo v8 in an rx-7, I already know that lots of people don't want v8s in rx-7s, but some people do, and it's their choice, and their money.

Sorry.
