Taking Off Stock Heaader/Collector

Ive got the Heat sheld off with no problem, bolts and everything. now im taking off the "header" and with the same amout of pressure i cannot break a bolt, i have no access to a air gun either, do i WD it? what have you guys used to get the 4 bolts off... I WANT MY NEW HEADER ON!! Thanks a bunch in advance

Use the WD and make shure you're turning the right way.

Other than that there is nothing you can do exept increase force untill it breaks loose.

Lots of penetrating lube, it might be a slim chance but snapping those studs would NOT be fun. Breaker bar or cheater bar, then give 'er ****.

i have broke a stud before actually, thank God for the parts car. Might help to pull up from within the engine bay than tryin to pull from under the car, not sure which way you're going.

I've found that on frozen bolts/nuts, applying constant pressure can snap a stud, where apply tension to the bolt/nut, and a sharp rap with a hammer will often break the rust bond, instead of twisting the threaded part in half.
