the are worth no more than what a set of normal taillights sells for

i remember seeing some diy thread about those i cant remember where... io tus has one for clear tails... its a diy project man i wouldnt pay more then just regular lights either. but those look well done.. i also saw someone selling a set of those on ebay. i too want to see more pics!

camera exaggerates light in the dark, but you get the point.
Didn't feel like putting them on my car just for pics.

Dude... he made them. Just cut a round spot in the reflector. You don't need to pay money for that.

Actually that's not what I did.
It's a spare set I had from a 100 car. I spent quite a few hours on them. I refinished/polished the outside and the inside of the outer lense. As for the effect I masked the red lense inside where I wanted the holes then sanded and painted several coats before baking, They will last.
Then cleaned all the remnants of glue from the lense and housing and re-epoxied them clamped firm all the way around.
They won't leak and they look like brand new taillights.
They weren't a great set to redo in the first place, but they look better/much newer than any set on any fb I own.

See them on ebay tomarrow after I take pics installed.
