t2 brakes and wheel offset difference

I swapped my front suspension from custom made coilovers with tokico illumina struts to techno toy tuning front coilovers. In theory, that should of had no effect on wheel clearance.

I also swapped my gslse front brakes for t2 brakes using 4bolt front hubs. I didn't think they would of affected offset much, but my wheels now rub the coilovers.

My wheels are 16x7 with a 25mm offset. I had probably at least 1/2 inch clearance between the wheel and coilovers, and now the wheels slightly rub. I will have to get 5mm spacers for the front I guess.

Has anyone else experienced this after either mod. Just curious if the new t3 coilovers, or the t2 brakes, or the 2nd gen 4 bolt hubs are the issue.
