Is this normal? I just installed a set of eibach springs on my 85 and now when I accelerate quickly or stop quickly i hear some creaking and thumping coming from what sounds like the suspension...

 

perhaps you have a bad bump stop. what all did you replace. also, are you sure you installed the springs properly and not upside down and did you make sure the springs were seated properly on the axle?

 

Only replaced the springs... I had done the shocks a few months ago. The fronts im positive I put in correctly, the rears I am not sure about as I couldn't figure out what way was up it looked the same both ways. Pretty sure they are seated properly too. Both the front and rear make the same noises...
