I got a set of RS Watanabes this week, used. 14x7 4x114.3 and they are just a hair over 5kg each. Maybe 12lbs. Good used rims are pretty cheap nowadays. Especially since everybody wants 16"+ for some reason.
These superlite rims seem to be good for the money, though.

BTW, they have the "panasport look", but I really am curious now who came up with the design first, because several companies use it now.

Minilites were the original.

Carrol Shelby made some wheels that were very simimlar that ended up on some Saabs and a few other cars.

I had a set of the Shelby wheels I sold last year. They where old.

Panasport came later.

Performance Superlite even later.
