Sudden funky idle
HELP!
Any advice will be appreciated. My car just started revving itself around the 1500 mark when I drive. Vroom. Vroom. Vroom. Vroom. It just sits and does that!
If I push the clutch in, it revs to just over 2000 and idles there, real throaty sounding. When I let the clutch out, it goes back to revving it's casual dance around the 1500rpm mark...
If I redline it or drive it very hard, it seems to be fine until the next time I drive it. If I let it warm up for a long time, it's fine. But if I don't it's starting to be an embarrassing everyday occurance
