Unhappy Sudden electrical loss...Help?

Ok, pulled in the driveway from work last night and just got to my spot and the car dies, headlights are the only thing on, NO dash or radio. I try the key and nothing, no instrument panel, dash, door lights. Dead
Headlights are stuck in the up position.
Headlights still come on, but that is it.
I know our cars are old and that we should expect issues as the years pass...but still..I need to get it running to go to work tonight..2pm pst.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Recommend you get an equivalent 2nd gen fuse and replace those fuseable links. They tend to cause problems at the worse possible times. :-)
