stuck bolts

i have an SE rear end that i bought to replace my old one and im in the process of restoring it. i was trying to take of one of the brake calipers today and the first bolt came of easily with just a 3/8 ratchet.....the other one is a BITCH! after a combination of rachets hammers and vise grips i sprayed it with pb blaster several times and let it sit for a day or so. i tried it again and it still didnt budge. i wouldve tried an impact wrench earlier but it wouldnt be able to fit in there cause the arm mount was in the way, but then i remembered i have a universal joint bit so i busted out the impact wrench with UV on there and cranked it up to 110psi (90max ) and it didnt budge AT ALL! it stipped the bolt head completely. so now wtf do i do. i was thinking of getting a torch and heating up the area around it to expand it and then put some vise grips on the bolt and hit it with a hammer. what do u guys think? TIA

Torch and vise grips

OR

hammer a socket on it, preferably a smaller size and try again (this method will destroy the socket)

Or

weld another bolt head over it .

you could also use a dremmel with a cut-off wheel. or if you have air tools use the cut-off. and cut the bolt head off

just drill out the center of the head till u get a bit thought the head of the bolt..then beat it with a hammer (use a drill bit thats about half as big as the actualy bolt...so after u drill it has no strangth and just breaks)

Yeah, or use a dremel cutting wheel and cut out the middle of the bolt head like it's the top of a screw. When it cuts through on the edges, it'll relieve all the torque, and the vibrations will almost surely loosen the threads. Then just screw it out.

In the future, start with a breaker bar and a six-point, American-made socket.

yeah, before bolt heads are stripped, i recommend getting ractchet and a 6 point socket(make sure the ratchet is rounded at the end[handle]). and get a steel Hammer, Mallet, sludge hammer(make sure it has a hollow handle) and fit the hammer handle over the handle of the ratchet(leverage) and either use all out force or push it like your hitting it witha hammer. hard to explain. but i know bouis knows what i'm talking about.
