Hello, I started my car this morning and there seemed to be a new rattle. I think I've traced the sound to under the car, and can replicate the sound (not as loud) by shaking the shifter. Here is a video of the sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXCX_Vh5m9c
I couldn't see any heat shield that may be loose. Happens while driving as well

 

If you can replicate it by moving the shifter, I would remove the shifter and check anything out of the ordinary with the shifter block or spring... Though I don't believe they would cause such a loud and pronounced rattle. What does it sound like when cruising? is the sound only present at idle?

 

It sounds the same while driving for the most part, I don't hear it higher than 5k rpm though. it mainly sounds along with the vibrations of the car. It also occurs when I slam the door of the car even if the car is off

 

I had a weird noise from the shifter and it was because the lock nut below shifter wasn't tight.
