Steering/suspension handling

Well, as you will see in the pics, I was having some issues with steering and front suspension. This is what I was using for a right lower control arm, another side effect of my wheel coming off at 100 mph a while back:

So, got a new one, and while I was at it, got some bushings and stuff:

Just got back from a lil test run after getting all that installed - oh man, it's like driving a different car! 99.9% of the wonder steering gone, the car doesn't try to go its own way, driving over irregularities on the road it's not a traumatic experience anymore. Car handles the best I've seen since I've owned it.

What scares, more than the fact that you ran with the LCA like that, is the fact that putting all those bushings made such a massive difference.

I mean, I've changed shocks/springs and been able to tell a massive difference, but I've never changed suspension bushings so worn out / deteriorated that it made such a massive improvement in ride quality. You sir, have no fear for your own safety.

hahaha the worst part is that it was with that setup that I did my fastest ever just 2-3 weeks ago, 125 mph lol yeah I am a lil crazy.

Hmm, so I wonder now that I can really take to the limit safer than ever, what's the top speed of the car...

Anyways, I'll way a couple of days for that one. Getting new set of Sumitomos,
(current ones are totally bald on the inside) then have to get alignment done.

$150 is not bad price. But should've stuck with rubber on the back. You need to give me a ride.
