GA starter question

I have a 12a turbo (OEM) that needs a starter. I live in the US. What starter does this car need? Will the 1983 starter work with that flywheel?

The problem is all of the mix matching of the years invovled on this car. 1979 tub and tranny, OEM 12at from 83-85, VW koni strut inserts, dirt track koni rear shocks, GSL rear axle, and more.
