Stand-alone EMS/data logger for Mac OS X?

Does anyone know of an engine management system or even a data logger that runs on Mac OS X?

If you can run a virtual drive on the Mac OS then you can run a Version of Windows off that. Might be a little more time consuming than what someone else might put, but this will allow you to use the Windows Base EMS systems.

Megasquirt does via MegaTunix, but it's not for the faint of heart.

Alternatively, there's the Spectre eMS-Pro (based on the Megasquirt, pre-assembled with lots of extra goodies but uses the same software):
