squeeeeeeeal

Just came back from the Super Slalom. Only ran my car through the course once, with 2 guys in it, a full tank of gas, and all the tools, etc. but man was that course tight.

Feels like I scrubbed 5mm off my rear tires *L* but the highlight was the new exhaust. My time came in a few seconds less than other 1st gens (12a, mostly stock) but I think with more experienced drivers it would have been a lot closer.

The 2nd gens, despite their heavier bodies, fared better mostly due to their tighter, more responsive steering.

Still, it was a blast driving a convoy of ReXes across town and taking part in an event full of ReXes, Mr. 2s, Honda s2000s, Volkswagen Golfs. etc.

Gee, there was only one Mustang there...

MOOOOOstang.... Sounds like fun.... wish there was something around here like that... only problem being that NOW I'd have to take my truck (86 S10 extended cab shortbox) to it... and that wouldn't be much fun...
Rex is parked for the winter...

It was a blast. There was even a replica Lotus Super 7 zipping around!
