OK..heres the problem...everytime I drive my GSLSE, after about 20 minute of driving, the exhaust squeaks and makes a horrible high pitched noise every time I hit the gas..it also does it while idling but not as bad.

The other day I got out after some driving and put my foot on the tip and it stopped doing it....so its obviously a hanger...right? I was just wondering if there is any common problems with this...so ill know where to begin. I keep reading that these hangers are a bitch.

 

The hangers aint that bad, just lube them with soap or oil first! Some of them are hung up in bolts ( at least on my SA) These can be a little hard to unscrew, but if you arent planning on using them again, just cut them of and buy new ones.

 

Mine weren't that bad. PBBlaster and a socket w/1/2 in drive. Mine has no cats therefore the pipe is welded from the front back and is really solid anyways.

What color is your SE? Have ever been to HSV in it?

 

Its flat black at the moment...never been to huntsville in it...still needs a little work before its ready for a long trip. I will post pics soon. You own BNR correct??
