Spring Suggestion - Track Car

I have a question that I'd like advice on. I've got a track FB that I have ReSpeed camber plate/coilover kit going into. I've got everything but the springs and I wanted so ask about your recommendation. The car is mainly a time trial car and I'm on a lot of the tracks here in the SE.

I've got Tokico Reds up front (these may change in the future, but not in the short term) so I wanted to ask about which you think is the best spring. I've got the 1" turnin spacers already. My thought now is to get the lightest (200#) and use my front sway bar to tighten everything up. ie -> have a softer spring/shock setting to be able to absorb when needed and use the sway bar to keep the car planted and flat.

The car and me together weigh ~2300 lbs. I've got a few more things coming out soon to lighten up a little more.

Thanks in advance.

Tokico Reds? I think 200 lbs is too soft for the front springs. I would go for a 350 or 375

Have you asked Billy for suggestions?

I think I've got 150 rear/275 front with Bilsteins on the rear and Illumina on the front. Haven't tried it out yet, but I know its gonna rock. I know you can go a lot higher on spring rates, but I want my car to be comfortably streetable AND win races.

yup I asked Billy as well. I'll more than likely go with a 325 or 350. I'd like to know from some other folks if the 7" or 8" will work the best.

The car isn't a street car, it may get driven there, but very seldom. It's usually trailered to events.

You need to match spring rates with shock rates....

As well the softer springs with super tight sway bar will not aid you more than if you had rock hard suspension, for the most part. with the stiffer suspension you eliminate many variables that affect your cornering abilities. This is why supercars have rediculous spring rates. My sugeestion is listen to billy's advice and id go with the firmer of his options if this is a track car.
