sp template

i want to do a streetport on my 12a whille its out of the car where can i get a template and how involved is it i have the dremel and all that **** just a clue on what im doing would be nice..... goodthing i got 2 engines

street port intake 4 port and exhaust 12a street port are the 2 i need right any clue of how hard this is? thanks carl

I just started my bridgeport last night. With a die grinder and an assortment of bits, I'm guessing it will take me a full day for the grinding, being very careful. How long the sanding takes remains to be seen.

Check out the engne building and porting section at nopistons.com. I read the entire thing before I even ordered rebuild parts.

not too hard scary as hell though, to start off with use a carbide burr it will make thing much much faster then go to the sand paper tools.

You dont need a template for the exhaust. Open it up as big as the steel insert will allow ! ! !

Unless you have some turbo setup or some other ideas?

i would use the template for the exhaust. also, becareful that the grider does not slip out and run across of the housing!!!

so from what i read i gotta pull the housings apart and do both rotor housings and disadvantages to this
