[COLOR=blue]i have read many many books over this wonderful 12a engine that Dr. Wankle built and i would like 2 no where 2 get high prefromance books @ and templates for porting and if my motor is cabible of say 200 to 300 hp

Yes, from what I've heard, your enijine should be capable of the 200HP range. However, this will be with alot of modding.
The 13b enjine (mine) has 135 Hp stock, so you get the idea. For anything more technical, I'll leave that up to the more acomplished seven owners.

Get all the info you want at : Mazdarotary.net

They have info about portin,and what hp can be expected!

There are many types of porting,and i`am sure you`ll find one that suits your situation
