sound like a bad fuel pump?

On the way home tonight, the car started acting up.... Leaving a stopulight, the car would be fine for the first ten seconds of accelerating, and then it would begin to stumble/stall out... Worse on uphills... I have one of those clear glass filters in line next to the carb, and it looks like the pump isn't pushing enough fuel to get to the carb... Anything I'm missing?

Might be a float bowl issue but I'm not entirely sure. I'm gonna think it over for a little bit.
