Yeah, yeah go the rubber peddals, my thoughts, the flashy racey ones look a little bit silly.

Cheers Sue

Good job!! I did the same thing with my SE but my orig was maroon. In the process I cracked my windshield taking that stupid nut off on the top center of the dash.

Excellent job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 first gens, red, gray and turd brown only the brown leather seats look much worse than yours did. Passenger seat bottom is a good candidate for beef jerky.

My gray one looks almost as good as yours, my seats are thin with 217k butt time.

The red on I don't talk about, can't stand the Mazda red. Only the dash and steering wheel are in the car now.

Keep up the good work.

Great Job man! I hope to do the same some day. I have the burgandy interior in my 7. I have everything I need to convert it to Gray but the headliner. Did you use black or gray carpet? I was thinking of going black carpet.

I'm dropping my door panels off at the upholsterer today... They vinyl across the top is cracking and hard.... Don't know what I'm going to re-cover it with yet....

I dunno what that steering wheel came from. but I don't like it. No offense. It just looks like the one in my truck. Not very sporty.
