some one help 13b intake but 12a engine!

my 13b 240 broke down and I installed the 12a back in it and I got used to the non stock look but now dont have 200.00 to buy an 12a intake so I thought of buying a 12a flange and some how fit the 13b intake w/ 12a flage

What kind of intake setup do you have? It would help a lot.

Also, someone on the forum makes adapter plates for 13b to 12a.

You could always make your own.

I've got an 83 12A and my carby needs throwing away. The only carby I can find that's in my area and cheap is one off a 13B. It comes with the intake but i'm unsure as to whether or not it will go on mine. I've heard of these adaptor plates and was wondering whether it would work and if I can get them in western Australia and how expensive it will become. A quick response would be much appreciated as I'm going to have a look and buy the parts this arvo. Thanks.
