some exhaust questions

Before you begin to hate and flame me, I HAVE searched and read over so many threads from headers, cats, and mufflers. theres a few questions I never found in detail though...

If you are running a magnaflow muffler, what do you think of it? what part number is it?

If you are running a bonez (rx7.com) high flow cat, what do you think of it? What else are you running with it? Power gain?

I'm debating on how to do my exhaust, and I'm hesitant between two ideas...
#1: RB header to bonez cat to magnaflow muffler with a resonator?(what quiets it down?) and where it doesn't match right up I'll have 2.25 ss piping.

#2: Same as above w/OUT RB header.

Flame me, hate me, love me, or just help me out?

84 GS model. 12a.

boy is your timing ever good ... this is my exhaust i'll get some better shots tommorow hopefully, I have SDJ headers, 2.5"piping, and magnaflow muffler ( I can pull up the number later) Also thats not the exhaust tips that i have on we were just seeing for looks, I went with straigh pipe tips (also polished SS). I had extra tubing left so we were experimenting hehe

yeah me too- love a single 4'' or bigger with that mandrel bend in it, have a 3.5'' tip on a 3'' over axleto 2x 2.5'' primary pipes to the donk 12a, sounds grumpy and people cant understand that its only a 12a because of the sound.

I don't like mufflers, i would like to run a straight pipe system, with prescilencers and stuff to keep the noise down.... Got to love the 4 foot long exhaust streak look of a WWII fighter plane on your car.
