Some carb issues.

When turning on my fuel pump, my carb drips gas at a pretty high rate, almost a steady stream, it's only from the two barrels close to the firewall. Also, when stepping on the gas and watching the butterflies, the secondaries do not open, are they vacuum activated or something?

Obviously, my car won't start...

General observation:
Sounds like your float bowl adjustment is set too high, or the float valve is stuck open. And yes the secondaries on either a stock carb or the RB Holley are vacuum operated.

yea, your secondaries are fine. pull the top of the carb off and lower the rear float closest to the firewall.
