Smoke From Engine Bay

Is it bad there is smoke coming from my engine bay when it warms up?
I think that it is coming form the oil cooler but im not sure ........is this a major problem if smoke is coming from my oil cooler?

Yes! It means you have an oil leak. Get some engine cleaner and clean the bay. Start the car and see where its leaking from.

when Its cold outside I get smoke coming from the oil cooler. just a tiny bit.

but its cause everything expands. aluminum wise.

get some steel hoses.

I am not saying this is the problem I am saying it could be one of the 1000's of problems.

trouble shoot it take some pictures.

from my knowledge... if its coming from the pass. side it might be your omp leaking onto hot exhaust manifold or coolant hose. driver side maybe the behive oil cooler. anywhere else i dont think it smokes.. if theres a puddle of oil ontop of the 12a logo its a dowel pin leak check the omp lines kuz it might spray all over ur engine bay/hood.. check o-rings under oil filter tower.. so many places for oil leaks and so dirty im sick of it! hah im in progress of rebuilding my omp to hopefully stop the smoking!

could it be a leak from the gasket that connects the pan to the block ?
