smog help

i need to fix my 82 FB the smog tec sed that i am running to rich how can i fix it i think its the timeing but i have no idea how to fix it can some one help me or tell me were theres a shop that i can go to thats all thinks

hey whats up man i live in san diego if you need help. You can start by setting the timing and fixing the idle speed and mixture screw to lean it out. Put in new spark plugs and i bet it would pass. Give me your number through pm and ill see if i can come down and help you out
