Anyone passed the new CA dyno smog test?

For my next attempt I'm going to jimmy an ACV to always pass air to the cat. That way it'll pass visual, too. And I can move the thing around from car to car. So I went to the junkyard and pulled one. Now I gotta figure out how to rig it. Heck, I can't even see how the damn thing works: so many passages and diaphragms and other gizmos. Anyone done this before? Any easy ideas how to jimmy it?
