Sleepy Headlights

I found this link, the guy claims to sell a kit for 400 and that they are retractable. Has anyone delt with him?

If you want "sleepy eye" look just go buy a Fiero, they're usually broken like that.

naw, Fieros usually break with one headlight up in default position and the working one down... it's like having a short, overweight guy permanently winking...

Same difference. Either way, the car looks broken.

Like my roommate who wants to make wedge-shaped wheel spacers, so the wheels sit really crooked and wobble badly while he drives down the road. Same principle, it just looks broken. He wants to do it so people say "what the hell?", but really NOBODY NOTICES OR REALLY CARES...

...except his insurance company, which will revoke coverage for dangerously modifying his vehicle

There are a few 'broken' mods en vogue currently - the no-hubcaps thing; the single-wiper-at-half-mast thing; lately there have been I-Can't-Afford-CF kids driving around with their hoods spraypainted black, or with the body kits left primer grey (so it soaks up rain for that 'wet look', I suppose )

I think the sleepy-eyed thing, if done properly, could look good but the one offered above looks like parts fell off the car - there's no surrounds, just a metal frame and the lights.
