Shutter Valve Shutting and Valving

Hey all, I have a backfire when choked and letting off the accelerator. I can manage it until I'm warmed up by keeping the rpms constant while shifting. After the choke releases or if I unchoke it manually, no backfire. So it's rich! Not sure what to do about it, so suggestions welcome. I do know that the shutter valve works.

In any case, I thought you guys would be interested in seeing it. I took a video under the hood, screenshot showing what you'll see and a link to video below.
