Shuts off when lights are on. why?
Do you think my altenator is shot if I turn my lights on and the cars dies slowly. It will start right back up, but every time I turn the light on the car bogs down then stalls. Give a hand will ya.

that or you have a bad ground some where, start the car and remove the neg batttery cable if it shuts off 90% it is the alt. if not look at all the obvious places for a bad ground.

i'd say its the alternator for sure, a temporary solution, a bandaid fix would be to increase your idle speed slightly, should do the trick temporarily, but i would look into new alternator if i were you
